Consultant with BLUMAX CORPORATION June 94 - Apr 97 As a consultant in Bluemax I was involved in the design, development and implementation of a prototype of an Airline Reservation system using C++ on a UNIX SOLARIS Server. The project facilitated ticket reservations, cancellations, refunds, and airport check in departures and issuance of boarding passes. I developed code to attach user-generated events to actual WINDOW API calls, developed API extensions to support customized behavior of WINDOWS. Designed and coded databases objects such as tables, views and data dictionaries. Wrote interface to Sybase developed data flow diagrams and created tables, rules and populated by using FTP and BCP utilities. Extensively worked with C programming using DB and CT LIBRARY. Designed and coded the runtime interface which selected and displayed the data to the user, Designed and implemented the mechanism to roll back the changes made to the database. Implemented the Drag and Drop feature, which lets the user to copy the data between different controls within a dialog or within the controls of different dialogs. Environment: C++, OWL, C, SYBASE, DB CT, Library and SOLARIS.
