Here I worked at the project management of Mall of Emirates Core and shell with 47 MW of cooling and 98 MW of electrical load. Voltas were the MEP contractors for the Mall and ETA were the contractors on the Energy Centre.This project gave me full confidence in project managing any other job.

I was reporting to Paul Priddy the senior project manager who took notice of my capabilities and recommended to the Mace Management for me to handle on my own the next project Mirdif City Centre a 2.6 billion dirham project for Majid AlFuttaim project.  

At Mirdif City Centre the job was challenging as I was the senior project manager on the complete MEP and directly reporting to the project director Mark Kennedy. Cooling load is 53 MW and electrical load is 113 MW. ETA are the MEP Contractors on the project. 

Here I reviewed the design of 1 billion dirham project named Capital Plaza comprising of 5 towers (2 residential towers,2 office towers and 1 hotel tower 47 floors) with common podium and 5 level basement carpark.The mep consultants were from Singapore named Meinhardt.

In this job I was exposed to the design and construction of shopping malls.

I worked on 3 shopping malls for the client Majid Al Futtaim and were a huge success.

This job exposed me to the nitigrities of the HVAC design,Plumbing & firefighting design of 26 storey 600 room Jumeirah Beach Hotel and other ancillary facilities.

I worked under Steve Philips design manager the most learned and simple person that i have come across till date.

This was my first overseas job and was exposed to fast track work.I managed HVAC works for Le Meridien Jumeirah Hotel (242 room hotel facing the sea) and 42 warehouses for Oil Field Supplies Limited in JAFZA.

Through my dedication and hard work earned the confidence of the Jordanian Consultant Mr Nader Abdul Latif and my colleagues.  

It was a good experience working with the then industry stalwarts such as Jambunathan,Prakash Rao, Sivashankaran,shankaran,Mukund Menon,Rajagopal,Madhavan and now Anand Kumar southern regional manager now.

I managed the HVAC works at hotel green park,shanbhagh hotel and NTPC ramagundam.I got good support from my superiors based on which I could manage myself well overseas.

This is were I started my career and learnt the industry standards from pioneers in the AIRCONDITIONING field such as UnnyKrishnan,Rajagopal,Kandeepan,Ramanathan,Chandrasekhar etc.

I managed the HVAC works at ITDC hotel in Pondichery,Apollo Hospitals in chennai,TVS group Chennai and successfully tendered and booked the Indian Oil Corporation job.
