To create market strategy for India and Bangladesh market. Team setting and re structuring as well make target oriented. Sunway Fashions Pvt. Ltd. (SPYKAR JEANS) - Oct, 2007 - Aug, 2009 Started as a Chief Mechanical Engineer and was looking after the Project of US$ 3.7 Million. Sunway Fashions is a vendor company for Spykar Jeans. The plant has the capacity to turn out 1 million garments per annum with integrated garment design; sewing and washing operations. The stitching facility incorporates several automatic sewing workstations for consistency of work execution, over locking and zipper attachments, Logo Design, Pocket Setter, Loop Setter and J Stitch. The Dry finishing unit consists of scraping, Grinding, Creasing, Damaging and spray booths, to create special effects on the denim. Co-ordination with Civil Engineer and Contractor for requirement and Work schedule Designing of plant layout. (Machineries and Utilities - CUTTING, STITCHING, WASHING and FINISHING AREA) Looking after complete project and Maintenance of the entire plant. Prepare techno-commercial comparison of vendors. Looking after complete Installation, Commissioning and Operation of all the machines, Utilities like Electrification, Boilers and Pipelines, and ETP Plants etc. Looking after full designing and establishment and commissioning of ETP plant. Promoted as an Operations head After completion of Project I was promoted as Operations Head to look after the entire Operations of the plant. As Operations head I was reporting to the directors and following were my key responsibilities. Production planning and implementation in all departments to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of shipment. Responsible for efficiency, productivity and resources planning. Analyze and utilize the workforce for better efficiency and productivity. Create department SOP and make sure that departments maintain the same. Analyze the department capacity, efficiency and decide the targets for the department. CHANGING OF PIPING LAYOUT AND SUCCEED IN REDUCTION OF STEAM COST FROM 19% to 10%. Repaired all the old machineries and started the preventive and breakdown maintenance record. Shifted as Manager - Project and Engineering, (Bangalore, India/ Jan06 -Oct -07) In Bangalore I have finished the Project of US$ 1.5 Million. I was looking after complete Engineering department.
