Dear Aajy YOu must have heard of Pareto 80/20 principle, it says 80% of profit comes from 20% population, THus any company can easily target Urban customer to fetch share on 80% profit,but Now these days companies are thinking to target rural market... |
Actually i Feel the inventory level is dependent on the outflow and inflow of the Material, Indeed there will be no change in the incentory level if the inventory planning is done in the same way its been done with the previous supplier. |
