I completely agree with u sir, there are certain jobs where you need coordination from other departments to complete the job and there are also jobs  , for ex: programme coding designing which can be worked at home.

Yes it is good to work from home. You can attend to many things. It is a good idea to work from home if you have already had the exposure of working in office for a long time. Then working at home is good you get to understand both the sides.
