Roles and Responsibilities ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT Operation Management Responsible for production related tasks including planning and controlling. Developing new process concept for production optimization, yield improvement and guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor. Leading, mentoring and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual and group targets. Possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with demonstrated abilities in Operation management and customer relationship management. Member of SAP (PP) implementation team. Member of ISO 9001 start up team - responsible for documentation of processes, ensuring all internal documentation (specifications) are accurate. Responsible for updating specifications and updating all employees to those updates. Team member of TPM implementation team. Project Management Worked in Erection and Commissioning of 20 HI Rolling Mill. Planning, Scheduling and implementation of project activities. Review current status of both Engineering and Procurement for the Project and prepare a revised detailed schedule incorporating the physical status. Monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings as per the technical details. Monitoring day-to-day site activities and equipment erection. Working closely with Project Manager and assist the cost engineer to the control budget. Procurement and Supply chain Mgmt. Involved in procurement of material resources and consumables for project of 20 HI Rolling Mill. Planning for procurement of consumables and essential material for the normal operation of the plant. Generating Purchase Requisition (anticipating material requirement) using SAP PM module . Inventory Management Inventory management of raw material, consumables and essentials in co-ordination with stores and purchase dept. Maintenance scheduling Identifying particular problem areas and assessed the effectiveness of current maintenance procedure for handling the problem promptly and efficiently. Developing preventive and routine maintenance schedule to ensure that Equipment are maintained as effectively as possible. Monitoring equipment utilization and machine downtime with responsibility for the implementation of corrective and preventative actions. Attended a training program on Predictive Maintenance (Vibration Analysis and Conditioning Monitoring) of rotating equipment. Key Assignments/ Initiatives: Increased MTBF by 18% and reduced MTTR by 16% in last 2 year. Self initiated project to reduce the Hydraulic oil consumption from 620 liter./month to 535 liter./month which saves Rs85000 per year in Rolling mill section only. Team Leader of Jishu Hozen (Autonomous Maintenance) pillar of TPM and successfully cleared step-III. .

The Indian stock Market which i think is not mature to react on happening around the world but it is moving by the sentiments and the sentiment can down any day.So expecting a correction in couple of days or week.
