India have rich and wide culture. The roots of Indian cultures have been nurturing since long by the great philosophers, Gurus, thinkers, etc. Unfortunately, the new generation could not be made understand with this rich tradition and culture....

according to me i will give first importance to experience and next to qualification.becoz some candidates will have education but they won't have skills.during probation period we can judge their capabilities.
