totally agree If you take the example of chrome, the latest release sept 09 has passed full ACID3 test and started supporting HTML 5 syntax such as  video  and  audio while other browsers are still struggling to achieve that. IE results are far lower...
South has more techies than North.. I can assume B'lore will be more crowded than NCR.
Wait for HTC Hero in India...it think this is going to make a difference.. check out for new flash technology
