Organizations need to see this as evolution
SHRIKANT MANOHAR DANKE  |  Argues in support of  "Organizations need to see this as evolution"  |  1 year ago
Don't blame FB. If you block it, then people find some another thing for TP. No one can work continuously so there should be some entertainment at work place also & if it is in the form of social websites then please accept it. & fix the time...
Prabhakaran Nambiar  |  Argues in support of  |  1 year ago
I support because the social media being very addictive and those business which are working on a 9 to 5 model might get the valuable work hours lost, hence these sites if not relevant to the business directly should definitely be out of picture.
sai kiran M  |  Argues in support of  "Organizations need to see this as evolution"  |  1 year ago

its all depend upon yourself but acc. to me we are at that position because of gandhi now either you take it in positive way or negative way....
Prabhakaran Nambiar  |  Argues in support of  |  1 year ago
I think yes. Its most applicable these days. Gandhi's principles were born because exploitation and atrocities were high, hence he educated and guided the people in that direction. The condition remain same and  timings different. Only those...

Gandhi's ethics....No ways...... Today acting according to the situation and changing to the change is the best way to live. There is nothing ethical, not ethical whatever you feel is good for you and others do it. Don't live for other live for...

1 Do not accept excuses from yourself.
2 Have a transparent and proper system to moniter and eliminate the scope for asking excuses
Business Management Consultant  |  Supported idea  "Have a transparent and proper system to moniter and eliminate the scope for asking excuses "  |  1 year ago
Depending on the situation, you have to analyze and look at how often an individual makes excuses why. Take into account the possible validity of the excuses. Many times like children, employees sometimes imitate what they see. If they see or...
Prabhakaran Nambiar  |  Added idea  |  2 years ago
Employees asking for excuses is itself something which allows the system that this is existent. This will only go away from any Organisation where every activity is measured, monitored, rated. Practice this and see a sea change in every one. It is...
puneet  |  Supported idea  "Do not accept excuses from yourself. "  |  2 years ago
this is exactly not happening in today's corporate world. everybody is growing by putting shoes on another shoulder. so one should do things own and take the responsibilities to stay forward.

In spport of my idea ,the word,'Paternalism, was put across the Toostepians. It appears, the idea has not been well appreciated because of its mechanical force. As a matter of fact women are coming out breaking the social morose.
Prabhakaran Nambiar  |  Added idea  |  2 years ago
Hi, I would put the reason for not many women reaching to the top to not availing, exploring or grabbing the opportunity due whatever reason. See the amount of participation, involvement in this idea contest, only two women have given their ideas, is it...
Navjeet Sood  |  Supported idea  "Who says so ?"  |  2 years ago
Though I support the idea generated by Shyam but in a different league altogether. Not to undermine the strengths of all leading politicians, actors and models, I think the question was more inclined towards corporate segment and this different...

the condition of lower caste people in Up , Bihar , Jharkhand , South etc. is pathetic .. you don't need reservation quantified as 15 % ... 7.5 %  or 50 %  BUT WHAT IS REQUIRED IS ::: THAT THE INTERVIEW BOARDS SHOULD HAVE REPRESENTATION FROM ALL...
