now a days i observed most all companies giving importance to qualification than talent... many people who have talents with out qualification are not considering... qualification first..then next talent...why ?

I completely agree with u sir, there are certain jobs where you need coordination from other departments to complete the job and there are also jobs  , for ex: programme coding designing which can be worked at home.

Oh yes, I would have readily worked from home, if I had given the option to work from home, its really a good stress buster, there is no need for you to go through all that traffic in peak hours to reach the office and also you can save so much...

It depends on how one adapts to something. if it appeals and it is a dire necessity one will not feel comfortable without it. but any thing as indulgence(read cant live thinking) id self made and id superfluos.people can live with simple basic...

yes, high speed internet is required...more time saves especially uploading project updates to client...if net is slow we should wait and some times failure msgs...more irritation...

I really agree with this survey today everything is on Internet and nobody likes Internet which is dragging their work or the fun element out of it....high speed internet has become something of a necessary in our day to day lives and people crib...
