• Designed the PRC and IPS Graphics with JGC for many Complex loop Control (PLC) system for GTL Plant complexity converting into easy to Operate.
• Monitor daily Progress of Project activities and fill the Gap and scheduling Target as being Main Automation Controller for Process control, FAT job at Honeywell, UK Responsible for the DCS Process Loop Testing, Functionality, FAT, IPF, ESD system with SAFETY Interlock.
• Planning as well supervise shift activities, fix the target and fill up the gaps
• Verify the technical Features of Boiler/Reactor/ Furnace/Compressor/Pump etc supplied by vendor and prepare their commissioning procedure. Train the shift crew for RFSU operation.
• Ensure the Robustness of the Advance Process control (APC),

 Job Responsibilities and Role:

ð      Team Leader to commissioned Two Ammonia project of 1750 MTPD safe, smooth and successfully. Planning & Handling Daily Production Targets in Shift. Trouble Shooting and analyses the Problem to find root cause .

ð       Technical services as-Conduct Feasibility study of Project, Technology selection,  safe procurement  of equipment

SOP and JSA includes Simulation of process packages, operating manual review, process logic checking, Cause & Effect Charts, Logic Diagrams, DCS Configurations, ESD system functional specifications etc.

ð      Execute Pre-commissioning (e.g. water flushing, chemical cleaning, tower packing, catalyst loading, boiler cleaning, L.O. flushing and commissioning activities (lined up pumps, compressor, turbine catalyst reduction, Check List preparation etc.) right from beginning. Implemented DCS, APC & PLC Operations

ð      Planning & Handling Daily Production Targets in Shifts, Safe smooth and uninterrupted plant operation with clean environment.

ð      Plan, review & coordinating activities of Shut down (e.g. arrange Special manpower/material/spares & procurement of inventory etc.) and scheduled Inspection for Boiler, Furnace, Reactor, Refractory etc.

ð      Optimization of Energy Resources for effective production with all HSE Manner.

ð      Ensure DCS, APC & PLC Operations Functionality well with proper maintainance.

ð      Successfully executed Energy saving scheme to bring down energy from 7.7 Gcal / MT to 7.3 Gcal/ MT of NH3 & Successfully commissioned CDR .

ð      Capacity Enhancement-Converted the Naphtha Feed into NG Feed and enhanced plant capacity from 1540 MTPD to 1740MTPD.
