Overall supervision of Accounts, Project Accounting on the basis of sanctioned budget provision, Classification of expenditure (Capital and Revenue) as per budget provision on the basis of actual work of project and time schedule.   Maintenance of accounts as per Foreign Contribution Regulation Act   Preparation of Budget estimates for national, international agencies and Government of India for projects and regular maintenance grant. Preparation of cash & fund flow statements for the information of Management to take investment decision in time.  Preparation of final accounts consisting of Balance Sheet, Income and Expenditure Account, Receipts and Payments Account and other annexure such as Fixed Assets Schedule and Project Expenditure Schedule for the statutory audit and follow-up of audit.
