it's excellent way to reduce your infrastructure cost as well as maintenance cost, I can directly upload my developed API to server without thinking much about downtime, back-up and so on... it's way easy and above all it's clean ....

Dear HR Friends, Ever felt the pinch or pain while filling in excel sheets or waiting for implementation or deployment of software for appraisals, feedback, training.. What if there is a Web-based solution and all you and the employees do is click, click and click. Imagine if everything gets easy...You will have better productivity, less time wasted, more money saved. I recommend a software that is SaaS based..On the cloud. Most productive and cost effective in the Market. Google or Search cotrakr and you have the answer.   Go for it... Thats my suggestion.
