i know one thing, i cant call everyone bcoz after college everyone go to their path and social network is the only media where we can meet, so there is no harm to give ur details, we r not to ask to give our bank details!!!!!!!!

There are so many reason behind this. Some of the people put their stuff for friends,searching and looking for friends /partner/time pass etc... some of them are want to be famous in friends and some times they trapped also...so many reasons @Shalini...

Training must be complusary for freshers bcoz freshers dont hve any idea about how industries works. in my company i took so many interviews bt i didnt find any of freshers who had basic idea about industrial work so it must be cumpolsory for them
