It has to be a combination of factors mentioned by fellow experts earlier and some other similar steps... Let us understand slackers are "slackers clearly by choice"... hence they either lack motivation or will (to learn and/or to perform) or skill... |
I guess... I chose training because, most HR professionals I have met believe layoffs to be stigma for their company PR... With due respect though ,this argument by itself may not be all relevant.. because realistically i have never heard the HR... |
