	Though there is tough competition in this industry BSNL will definitly provide good service for their customers and will be servived against their competitors. Govt will try best.

	Yes, Definitely Knowledge is the base to reach success ,for example some of them could get excellent job with good package (Govt or private job)without having depth knowledge required for that job by means of having strong referral or by paying...
