This initiative was perceived to be a model of employee advocacy, and improved trust level and loyalty. Responsible for an 11-member team of coaches/ trainers. Monitor and mentor the performance of the coaches across platforms. Cumulate daily reports and align them with the monthly and annual reports. Audit and monitor learning and training effectiveness. Chart individual and team growth plans. Maintain training SLAs of training of new hires within 7 days of their being hired. Maintaining SLAs of 12 days of yearly training per employee. Product knowledge training and presentation. Prepare training Content as per the need of the organisation to enable training delivery. Identifying training needs for different departments and work closely with operations in designing the training modules. Identify Organizational interventions i.e., suite of programs targeted at various constituents by integrating them with Functional Training Plans. Plan the budget for the training vertical; including approvals, venue and logistics. Create content for store level staff for 6 Days Induction Training. Syncing of individual and team; daily, monthly and yearly training calendars. Deliver the content, as per the level of the participants. Prepare planned Training Calendars and cascade them among relevant stakeholders. Define the training framework in terms of processes, overall design, delivery mode, development standards, review guidelines, and quality assurance. Effectively deliver the content in an easy and engaging learning environment. Conduct various Outbound Trainings. Designed and deliver special programs as per Zonal needs. Conduct regular store visits; cover 15 stores per month. Audit store performance and SLAs. Perform Audits to measure the Post training performance - To measure the effectiveness of training various audit sheets and Mystery-shopping mechanisms are created and implemented. Mystery-shopper audit scores maintenance and initiating gap bridging within 15 days. Sales Aids - Prepare both customer friendly and Store member friendly Sales Aids, to be used across the counters. Conduct various retail based training programs for different levels across the South Zone. Conduct Quality Trainings and Regular Coaching of other departments, to actively participate in Organizational Capability development. Coordinate with various Mobile and Service providing brands for Product Training. Design and execute Curriculum for Soft skills, Behavioral skills etc in Communication training modules. Handle notational training in the absence of the National Training Head. Communications and working relationships - Vendor management for Training Delivery, Coaching and training Location. Conduct Leadership programs for the middle-management team. Training Gap analysis - Conduct effective Training Needs Analysis to bridge gaps in the system and process. Appraisal audits monitoring and charting. Conduct store SOP refresher training.
