I agree with Esha. There are different mindsets in the market. Some want to settle down forever in a particular city irrespective of the real estate market and the loss of investment. Purpose of buying or renting a house justifies their decision.

A BIG TREE OR JUST SAMPLING? gone are the days when each family used to have atleast 10 to 15 members with all said relatives like grand parents,cousins ,in laws.under single roof ,ya its joint family .it was a big tree with strong roots of love and support that had resisted the devastating waves of destructive forces towards that family. absorbed the stress distributed financial load,encouraged the emotional bondage for society. taught children to be humans ,to love to share .now trend is neutral family ,are we not cutting our own roots and vandling and strugling to remain stable in this modren wave of 21st century?
