I know the bottom line is revenue but most of the co. revenue is spent on fighting on patents. The latest fight was between two co. for cancer drug and its patent.

i think R D is significant for development of pharmaceucal companies which are research-based. furthermore, many drugs's patent will be overdue, MPCs need substitutes and supplyments to sustain theri markets and achieve revenues.

FDA does not respond favorably to incomplete submissions. In the case of submissions for approvals, the agency simply rejects them. It is not likely that there would be a fine. Some consequences may occur if the submission is required...
