Hii...I m working in the central government as s/w prog, but i want to switch my company. So in your point of view which is a better option??

In govt sec there is no personal development less chance of being promoted .but there r many free services provided to u. on other hand in private sec there is much workload + u can b kicked out the day ur owner realize u r no more needed.

Give a serious thought before taking any step. Once you jump into private means no looking back....... There is no end for expectations.... Just remember ..... Karam karna hi hai kuda, to bas etna karam kar de... tu mere khwaishonko thoda kam kar...
