Three years working experience in Industrial Relations in GSK Pharma. The major part of the job was to assist Sr. Hr. Manager to coordinate between all the department heads and union representatives for solving their grievances, negotiation with the recognized union for major issues, and follow up with the top leaders of the union to implement the same in a peaceful manner, as establishing two-way formal as well as informal internal communication channels to bring transparency in industrial relation system. I have coordinated knowledge sharing activities with office of Factory Inspectors, M.P.C.B., Offices of Labour Commissioner, P.F. Authorities, and E.S.I.C. Authorities. September 1993 to 2008. 15 years working experience in Glaxo smithkline pharmaceutical ltd in production department. I have worked as production chemist. I was responsible for day to day production activities to meet monthly production target. I have handled blue color workers in shifts. Worked with UK team for approval of MHRA at thane Plant and Export manufacturing. Additional responsibility was to resolve grievances on the spot with coordination of union representatives for smooth functioning of production department. I have conducted Training and counseling of workers to achieve organizational goals. Recruitmet. Well versed with recruitment in Pharma industry in different capacities i.e.Production, Engineeering, QA, Securtiy, Part of the employee referral Scheme. Training: Well verse with the training processes viz. Identification and Training needs, Training budgets, Training calendar, Evaluation of the Training etc. Safety: Having working knowledge on hazardous reactions I know the importance of safety provisions as per factories act. Operation of Occupational Health Centre. I have handled safety issues as member of safety committee for five years. Other professional learnings I have developed skills of Public Relations through post graduate study in diploma in journalism. I am computer literate, working knowledge of Ms-office, internet etc. Conducted Good Manufacturing practices Programme (GMP), I have worked as Lean Sigma/Six sigma advocate. TRAINING PROGRAMMES conducted GMP : (Good manufacturing practices) This is a statutory requirement for FDA Authorities to ensure the safety of products and customer. I have been trained timely for fulfilling various requirements to maintain GMP. GEP : (Glaxo Excellence process) This training module was introduced for awareness of customer importance among the employees. This helped the organization for continuous improvement in Quality of product. This program is originated from the concepts of TQM, ISO 9000, which has directly helped us to clear the ideas of TQM, ISO 9000. Energy Conservation Programme I have worked on Energy conservation Programme. This helped me to study the steps, which are to be taken to reduce the manufacturing cost of your product. Main objective is to make employees aware about the concept of Cost Consciousness in competitive market. | ||
