1 from 1994 to 2008 I was self employed and I was making two bhk and 3 bhk houses in Bhavnagar as well as surat. I was also doing consulting work for NA procedure and plan making and get it senctioned by municipal corporation. I got my c class licence from pwd but never done any government cotract work. I was making residential houses only. 2.In 2008 I joined PMC in one J N Nurm project in surat kosad site. I worked there for 7 months. 3 In 2009 I get opportunity for higher pay in Saudi Arabia. That was an bad experience as he has tried to cut my salary for no reason I left the job and come back to India. 4 In may 2010 I come to Malawi Africa and joined Shayona cement In Shayona cement I get full use of my skill I managed team of 20 person initially to make housing project we have completed 8 houses. After that I started expansion of cement plant this was very large work and every day 100 bag of concreting type of thing. In 9 months we have completed RCC work of 11000 bag. Including raw mill foundation, Material handling tunnel and material shed. Crusher section RCC hopper etc.. More I can tell you in interview.
