i think in Life Dreams are very important.so, follow dreams and try to come it true.
Anantha Shayana. D  |  Argues in support of  "Dreams"  |  1 year ago
In my humble opinion, Money follows those who follow dreams. Money is just a medium- not a solution. Money is just a bi-product for the efforts you have put and only aids you in attaining what you want. Be good in what you do- you need not worry...

I think the main reason for increaseing prices of real estate is Increased Demands from all level. Now days its seen as good investment for the return. So, as a investment point of view all are demanding it.So, it drives prices.
Satish Salpekar  |  Supported idea  "Based on developement around an area"  |  2 years ago
Development around the area is the biggest driver for investment in real estate. In this case one should look at the fact that the investors are the ones, who have surplus money and an investor would invest only at a location where there are...

I think yes there will be bank portability service in near future so that one can easily switch the bank and can get benefit of Interest rates, or other competitive facility. Its very IMP in point of view of Bank customers.
Jaygopal Raghavan  |  Argues in support of  "No"  |  1 year ago
Nope security is a big issue in bank portability. For eg i can take a loan in one bank and then shift my account to another bank where the branch manager may be my friend. He might write of my loan and eventually leave before the internal audit...
Shouvonik Bhattacharjee  |  Argues in support of  "Yes"  |  1 year ago
It will be possible with the new technology but the credit portion will have to be taken more care off as you cannot have a security mortgaged to one bank and transfer your loan account to other bank. This may be the next step after CBS and...

Its very easy to say that a business is like a business ....but in reality business is a war. It could be a war by an individual or a group or team to surpass everybody else and become the leader controlling maximum resources.
