Organization should value the contribution of old employees. They really must have made the team, project to reach the destination. Organization should bifurcate there job responsibilities as per their seniority. They should be given timely promotion...
I guess the best way to reward you employee is a trip. May be 1 year company can sponsor for local tour and 1 foreign tour. This way the employee will certainly feel that his/her work is finally rewarded and his/her inputs are really considered.
Hi,  We should have min. wage in INDIA too. It will help in distinguishing the abilities of individuals and moreover we still have poverty in some parts of INDIA which will help labor class with some fix amount.  Priyanka :-)
