The concept on Product life cycle managment has grown to larger extent even in India. Many companies have gone in for PLM for the known advantages mainly to reduce the product development time, ensure development of adequate documentation, re-usability and so on. But, is PLM is another buzz-word everybody is aiming, like ERP of yesteryears.
