The New Year has started with a quite odd note. It all started with cylcone in Tamil Nadu. Then their was fire on Park Street Kolkata. to add to it tremors in New Zealand and 35 forest fires in Southern California. To be followed by earthquake with magnitude of 4.0 in Ohio and 7.0 in Japan.

Are these really the indications that 2012 is the end?

Natural calamities know no calendar! We can count on as disaster when Thane Cyclone devastated places that do not fall in coastal areas. Let's not confuse ourselves with Nature. Japan is an earth-quake prone zone. Forests, if not properly managed and monitored would bound to catch fire due to heat! These are mundane natural phenomenon. Don't relate your disaster theory with Mayan Civilization. We are now only 5000 years of Kalyug, we need to go a long way.

This is a wrong impression. There were times even 10 times severe calamities have hit our earth very badly. It has nothing to do with the World End. All such calamities have to be expected as we are destroying the nature day by day. My suggestion to all is...Preserve our Nature and live a happy life...Let the future generation also enjoy this happiness....LOVE NATURE.

The Nature has a way of maintaining the balance of life and it follows its own calender not human made calendar.  By the way why one is tuned to see only the bad things when so many other good things also happened.

Man's destiny is not a date in the calender. It is an ongoing  phenomena in human evolution Catastrophes are natural phenomena and a correction mechanism to check ecological imbalances. Remember the world will go on both with you and without you. Instead of allowing  your thoughts to leap and tread into an unknown future, refresh it to boost your confidence to live your TODAY. Remember whatever way the world may go...it cannot stop the SUN from rising..Believe me beyond the storm there is always the  SUNSHINE...

I am afraid about the prediction made by a famous astrologer that in 2012 there may be a big disaster.

However we should not believe with all this thing and think for some thing better.

Definitely not the end. Researchers have now deciphered the Mayan scripts and conclude that 21/12/12 is only a transition date. They have divided the calendar in phases of about 5000 years each. Our Vedic literature has divided time in 4 yugas as follows:- 4.32 lac years of KALYUG, 4.32X2=8.64 lac yrs of Treta yug, 4.32x3=13.66 lac yrs of Dwapur yug and 4.32x4=17.28 lac yrs of Satya yug which will repeat in cyclic order. WITH SUCH A HUGE PILE OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS THE WORLD SHOULD HAVE ENDED LONG AGO BUT FOR GOD'S WILL. If you have an undeterred faith in GOD you can live your life fearlessly and happily. So stop worrying and start praying.
