Good Question, Mr Chandra Sekhar.... This is what I ask all the students (sons/daughters of my friends) and my younger colleagues... Set a target and try to reach it...Once in a year make an honest self appraisal.. where I am now.. where I ought to be as per my plans...I always tell them the famous quote "having lost sight of my objective...I redoubled my efforts"... An honest self appraisal is necessary for today's youth, because they are our tomorrow's hope. You have initiated a Good Discussion...After a long time I am looking at a positive, non-political, growth oriented debate... Hats off to you..
