i have an MBA and i am not certain if it is possible to pursue my PHD direct or do i have to do a MSC before i can go for a PHD.im really confused

i am actually confused about what to do next as i have an MBA in human resources and i am not sure if i can go for my PHD or do i have to do an MSC inorder to go for my PHD.I really dont know if its worth it acquiring masters degree

thanks alex..... actually one of my friend need some suggestion abt that and i know this is the good place to clarify our query ,otherwise i am pursuing masters in Petroleum.... and same answer was from my side also but just only sake of him.

Durgesh I would suggest you to first use what you have learned and then you can do the necessary courses. MBA in HR is a good qualification and you will get good jobs .... I don't know why you want to go for courses....
