I agree with Bindu too.But in this world of science and technology if we follow some rules we can easily lead a healthier life.Just we have to follow some rules in lfe as follows:-
- vigorous exercise
- eating habit(include salads and fresh fruits in your diet)
- gaining knowledge of living(focus on those things that your heart and conscience tells)
- Keep touch with nature(like morning walk an travel in open air)
- Try to keep yourself tensionfree and happy fully
- Early awakening and prayer(what our ancestors used to do regularly)
- Simple living
I am sure only such simple things will make our life long,happy and lively too.
Unfortunately not, Our ancestors used to live healthier and longer life than us.We say medical science is improving daily but don't realise new-new diseases are also created. There was a time when people used to live till 100 years but today, even a 25 year old boy gets heart attack.Small kids get spectacles. Is is healthier life.This is because of the change in lifestyle and cutting out of natural balance.We should learn from our ancestors how they used to live a healthy and peaceful life.
