I don't agree with Nirmal here that there are less openings in the Hotel Industry.....one of my cousin is doing his BHM course in PESIT college in Bangalore he had done his internship from Grand Ashok...and did various small stints at various restaurants and the recent Aero India show, and so many others...so now with all that things in his resume..he is getting calls from not only from the Five star hotels but also from airline industry and others for Job...so don't worry Rahul there are enough opportunities in this field....its just that one has to try out of his skin to get placed as the competition is there from both the experienced and the freshers for the spot...be more visible with your confidence and the same should reflect in the resume.....hard work pays.....
but wat about the money that students take frm bank in the form of huge loans for completing the hotel management course??? how long to do this internships/////////we as a student already do this internship while we are doing this course......
According to me there is less openings right now...but the thing is every industry is like this...India is yet to feel the heat of the recession....its only in the US there is more recession...not much of impact has happened in India so don't panic....its just the fear of it making people go crazy.....if there are no jobs available do your internships and in mean time get yourself busy with a study course...and by the time this recession ends...you will be having experience and additional domain skills which makes you the potential candidate for them to choose.......
