What are the arguments against Social Media? Why would a business not venture into the world of Social Media? One very concrete and correct thought would be that if your customer is not online then there is no use of the brand / business being online. What else?

Madam i would like to add more things about increase the social media awareness for businee person as well as company not for youth because they are know very well. The things like to generate online business news portal and business community, send them daily update news to their e-mail, motivate them for using social media, provide daily information that about social media and how to use, provide sometips etc.
I agree that many B2B portal, IT small-medium company, online media company etc are available still it is lack.
So, it will helpful for them and also willing to use social media.

Yes madam, the reasons are like lack of awareness, guidance,lacke of strategy, use. For getting business, to make online strategy is too difficult so it is also one of the important reason that they failed in to getting business due to lacke of strategy........
True Virag - though as one practices Social Media different business and corporates do share various reasons as to why they would not get into Social Media.
As per my opinion, there is not arguement against social media but it should requirement more and more improvement as well as to make it clutter less so visitors can attarct and take an interest. Social medai require more awareness regarding how to make business, entertain, benefit etc. Because today's we have lot of opportunity in social media, we can use it as our conviniency, make strategy ourselves etc.
