Modern technology has given us new tools - the camera and the computer. Their combinations have now been iinducted by artists for their creative expressions. A lot of so called “art” is being produced out of this fusion everyday. Should these “fused” creations be called art or not is the question.

First of all we have to understand what is art exactly.
Art is the product or process of deliberately arranging symbolic elements in a way that influences and affects the senses, emotions and/or intellect.
So if this fusion fulfill the definition then its an art.Your intended FUSION word is not clear to me.
If its good for all ie society,family,human being then its an art for sure.
