i believe that "Knowledge is a key to success..." qualification do matter but i think exeprience matters more, qualification only gives degrees/ certificates ... & practical experience gives quality of learning & guidance..

If i wish to get something we have to do hardworking. In any sector we can get job simply but most important is to understand our duty about the job and understand to work with ourself. To get a job is not so important, important is to understand the importance of job and working to get achievement.

I think, there will be opportunities for right kind of skilled people. experience doesn't matter much, but you must possess the required telecom skills  for 3G sector. don't disheartened, just grab the opportunity to get skilled in this area & there will be a way to get in successfully.
