That is the billion dollar question!!! But frankly why not - BFSI is a very large spread and there are many service providers with huge BFSI revenues. If you had asked this about a billion dollar capital markets services/billion dollar retail banking IT firm then it would not be easy, although there is one large product firm you can think of!!

Specialization with revenue worth billion dollars is an exciting idea. Last Mckinsey and Nasscom report also says that there will be few generic giants and few specialist billion dollar firms. I have just one question. If you have a revenue of billion dollars, how do you grow at 25-30% from then on. All board room discussions on specialization will fail if there is no answer to my question. For maintaining growth, one will have to increase the scope of service offered and that you can't do being a specialist.
