Can we term, converting white into black as black magic? or Black in to white as black magic?

It seems like a magic for those who do not know how to convert, but those who do this routinely and made it as their profession, it is no magic. If any one is able to detect this conversion process and bring the culprits to justice, then I would prefer calling it not just magic but a miracle....it doesn't matter when the miracle happens whether it is when getting converted from either white or black. It is so tragic that we don't have single leader who is bold enough to block this magic.
