"Mr. Ardhendu Pal"  I Confess it was my mistake. I was not checked this article is posted or not before.  & I am feeling Sorry by heart.

One thing i will suggest you Mr. Ardhendu Pal before blame to anyone you please ensure that why mistake will happen.

The language which you use it's show your professionalism.

You can blame on me but don't blame on my Employer ICICI. You don't have right to say anything about my organisation. If you have a problem from me than you have to right to ask anything about me but not about my employer.

It's a very respectable organisation.

I got this article by mail from my friend Mr. Rushit Sheth who has his own Pvt. Ltd. firm of Event Organisation at Vadodara, Gujarat, India. I feel that i have to share this article with my own professional contacts on two step.

so, I posted This article only for Just Sharing on too-step. I don't know it's already posted or not.

if I know that you asked me why I am doing this type of stupidity??

Even This is not my article I know that. but I think that it's my friends article so that I posted it after taking his permission.

& All my Two step contacts please ensure that My all too-steps articles are not only mine it's Mine & My business Partner's Sharing.

& Last I am really feeling sorry for this happened on professional site. we are not here for fight but we are join too-step for sharing our professional contacts & our own ethics which are useful to all. Even we are sharing some good articles also.

so please ensure that don't use too-step for personal attacks. use it for our nation, our development, our business,  etc.... . we are getting much more knowledge by this professional sites of each & every topics which are very useful to live our life.  Even my all articles are exceptionally but those all exceptions are correct by our own contact members.

so please don't use too-step for your personal attacks. & Mr.Ardhendu Pal I say Heartly sorry to you for hearting your ego & sharing your article but it was just done by exceptionally not by any intense.

And Please I request to all of you give comments on Mr. Ardhendu Pal's Article not in this article cause if it's his article than he is the person who gets the all comments & all your views. Sorry to everyone for my mistake. Hope all of you can try to understand it. Thanks.

Since Ardhendu has converted this into another subject, let me participate in this. Diplomacy and Straightforwardness.... "Please go out" is straight forward... "Can we meet later.. I have some urgent work" is diplomacy. You are not compromising on anything. Only the expression of your feelings differ. This is not dangerous.

"He is like an un-cut diamond" This remark looks like a praise. What it means really is "He is just like Coal" This is complex and does not reflect the true personality of the person. This is dangerous.

Mr.srirang gollerkeri this chapter is closed on the very day I received apologies from Hiren in this context and now the matter is taking another turn and no more discussions is happening in this context of intellectual theft.

So now the matter here is about diplomacy versus straightforwardness.

Would you like to have your invaluable quotes in this regard?

I do agree Mr.Srinivas suravajhala that it is better to be diplomatic but I really need to learn this however I have to compromise on certain aspects because it seems that to be straightforward is next synonym for a true and simple  heart and being diplomatic is simply a reflection of a complex and conspiratorial heart.

Please guide me if I am going wrong on track.

Dear Ardhendu, I can understand your concern.  You can say it in a diplomatic way. I know you are interested in  talking straight to the point.  But, talking straight sometimes spoils the relationships.  I just want you to be diplomatic in your expression.  Its not my intention to hurt you dear friend.

Yes, Mr. Murty is the most respected person here in toostep.  Statement of Gurleen on Mr. Murty is not correct, not acceptable  even.  How she come to that conclusion?

Mr.Srinivas suravajhala Would you have any parity with my thinking that sometimes in a professional environment it becomes a necessity for a person to stand tall and make the place clean by any means, I know it very well that by doing all these personal attacks I, am putting my own reputation at stake, however it becomes mandatory if I see that my Indian fellow citizens are indulged in wrong practices. Just think about a lyricist whose lyrics are stolen, or a journalist whose hard found reports are credited with someone else, or a musician whose latest notes goes missing and he find it to be played by another musician just after few days, even you can think of a writer whose latest book is published without his credit.
How would they feel? Shattered, depressed, aggressive, and all sorts of ill feelings right?

Moreover as a good Indian citizen this becomes my moral obligation straight from my introspect that I, must act to enlighten the seriousness of this issue and must ensure it's accountability among masses.

Gurleen Kaur :- What is your problem? Mr. Suryanarayan Murthy is a very respectable person right from the day I've joined this site, his insights are ever valuable but it seems that like me you are ready to attack anyone but do you know the difference between your and mine attacks? Mine is specially directed towards the wrong proceedings with the national interest in mine and your's is just an attack without any good logic to advocate.

Hiren, I believe, you have been deeply hurt by the comments.  Don't take it to heart and move on.  This, of course, is a professional site with some minor aberrations!  Some deeply concerned members are involved in sanitation exercise, its an healthy move.  Had they avoided personal insinuations, it would have been nice!  In public space, we should be prepared to face both "brick-bats" and "bouquets"!  Don't get flattered by the "bouquets" and get dis-heartened by the "brick-bats"!  Nothing stops here!

Mr. Hiren, you need not worry so much.  Most of the articles posted here are not theirs.  They might have copied and pasted for debates.  For that you need not get hurt by the comments by someone.  Ardhendu seems to be a young boy and will get to know with experience.  But, as Mr. Rohit observed personal attacks are increasing here.  This is unprofessional way of expression.  Members should understand.
