Why we ourselves
doesn't follow the law ? Why we ask others to follow and say that we
follow but sometimes it is Bcoz of Need/Urgency we break the law

I think so majority of people do not follow law....people are either giving excuses or complaints ....

Your question - "Do we really follow Law?" should be answered this way. (1) We do follow law, otherwise we would be behind the bars; (2) If you ask "Do we enjoy all the provisions of the Constitution?" - then the answer is no. Why? We have not realized the dream of bringing about cent per cent literacy, right to life (live with dignity), non-discrimination against caste, creed, gender, race, religion, right to health, etc. We are yet to fulfill the dreams of our constitution-makers. The other point you raised is - we should be law-abiding citizens - yes, we all are to great extent. Charity begins at home!
