like if i am having a college then what would be the the first step i have to do for the same please help me or the same.

Simple, if you are a recruiter, you siply write to the Principal and introduce yourself and your company. If needbe depending on the response, visit the Principal and discuss the reqirements. In all cases so far, the Principal is always happy to ensure that the students of his college land up with the best jobs in the best of the companies. Because not only has the principal spend his energy and efforts in training the students and their futures, but there is also a reputation at stake for him to save. So there is no reason for him to deny this unless you are unable to provide the right kind of information about your organization.
Actually, i am not having an experienced but when i was in college, so,i know that how company' are approaching campus hiring.
Yes madam the steps are:
(1) Correspondence with placement coordinator of that college campus and bring brochure of college for refer the profile of candidates.Normally, placement coordinators are visit the company and giving the presentation.
(2) After go through the candidate profile and about college detail information then if you are interested to proceed further, you will have to send your detail requirements with company presentation to placement coordinator.
(3) Placement coordinator will present the same detail to candidates and then collect the name of those candidate who are interested.
(4) Then, placement coordinator will inform to company (HR) and make final date for interview. Arrangement of interview is depend on number of candidates. If , there to many candidate then, it will arrange in campus otherwise in company. Normally, company are taking interview in college campus.
(5) Then, finalization and short listing procedure as per company policy.
The other way is that some company are also inform directly and confirm the date of interview arrangement to placement coordinator. So, interested candidates are directly participating in interview.
But, the above mentioned first way is much better to get positive result.

Sorry I did not understand the question properly. If you are having a college, write to the leading companies requesting them to conduct campus interviews in your college. You can also write to the top HR companies like Ernest & Young Private Limited ABC Consultants Private Limited Datamatics Staffing Services Ma Foi Management Consultants Limited Exclusive Search Recrutiment Consultants and KPMG
(1) Talk to Head of the Institution and express your interest in hiring his students (2) He will send a circular or send a notice to all the students about the recruitment process, intimating time, date and venew of the interviews (3) Interseted candidates will attend the campus interview and (4) you choose the right cadidate. I think it is this simple.
