PMP Certification needs 4500 hrs of PM experience and 35 hrs of PM Education before you actually qualify for the exam. The PM training is conducted by various authorized agencies subject to your location. In India, it is conducted by PMTI (http://www.4pmti.com/). After you qualify for the exam, you can directly apply online to PMI through the web application (http://www.pmi.org). The PMI will schedule for your exam in your country and will take care of the certification process. For detailed info check the PMI website.
Thanks
