can anyone give me idea how to start a NGO?

The procedure is like this. You have to obtain a format from Sub Registrar (it is normally available with the vendors outside his office). Fill it up, including your society's objectives. The bye laws are also same for everybody, unless you want to change it. It needs 7 members to form as a society One President, One Vice President, One Secretary, One Joint Secretary, One Treasurer and Two Executive Members. All 7 have to sign and pay a nominal fee of Rs.200-300 and submit it to the Registrar. He will give the registration in a about two weeks time. There will be agents available outside Registrar's Office and if you pay them Rs.1000/- (all including) and give the signed docuemnts, you will get the registration done much quicker.
