Despite the fact that we have got plenty of job sites claiming thousands of job in all category with them a person registers and never gets a call even to showcase his ability. What could be the reason ? profile mismatch or job sites are bluffing? Atleast a chance to showcase his abilty must be given to him.

It might be they don't want to waste their time in reading those 100's of resumes for a vacancy of 2 or 3, they feel its bad method and feels lazy!!!
May be of not falling in line with the requirements of the employers, despite having the necessary skill and capability the CV submitted may not be eye catching due to improper presentation or design of the CV, and sometimes the job sites may have some reservation in sending the details of job details to the job seekers and the reason may be due to some charges or extra money for sending/referring the CV with the top consultants or the employers.

If you take any of their premium service then you will flourish with lots of opportunities.
It might not be shortlisted
May be some error in the resume. Else his career objective should be written negatively..... :) Update your resume with the skills requires by the corporate......
