yes CL can be availed more than once in a month.to best of my knowledge there is a restriction of taking half day CL more than once in a month.also, this leave pattern defers in grade of workers i.e. there are strict laws of leaves to employees who are covered and governed by factory act and the same may not be applicable to the employees who are in managerial categories.
