Can coming of Craftsmanship Recharm our home?

Some buyers of heritage homes pay heavily for building their home ,   initially buying the original house and then gut and rebuild the entire interior in order to upgrade the wiring, plumbing, heating and insulation to modern standards. Victorian architecture is known for its towering spires, intricate woodwork, and unconventional house plans. It can even be a simple home. Depending on the budget, craftsmanship combined with an original theme, should add aesthetic sense to making a craftsman's home a dream home.

these types of house constructed mainly of single story,for aadivashies & janjaaties ,in Nepal border belt or many rich fellows having big farmhouse toentertain themselvse and live in originally cool houses in vacations/closure of their market/buisiness offices

Pragya, First of all the Home owner should have taste and lot of time to spare and willing to  spend lot of money first. Then the Architect should also have taste and willing to spend Her/His quality time and do the creative work with passion. Lastly the artisians should be available to put the designs from the  paper on to the ground. Then few takers may  also available in this country. when people can purchase Jet planes, Yatches for their loved ones,  They can take these beautiful Homes also.
