Actually a consumer perspective deals with aspect of value-propositions
or value creaion @ the customer's end. What you have to do in the other
perspectives, Financial,Internal Process and Employee, to create that
value.
For
eg. A customer value is created by a highly efficient after-sales
suppport. So to have that, you can have a contact center, which will in
turn require exquisite employee communication skills. Likewise,you can
chart what you need to give to the customer.
