yes it is possible. go to any mobile repair shop in New Delhi they can do this. minimun charge is Rs. 500, but sometime u may feel some problem.

I think its not possible ......
May be it can be attempted as a costly hobby but wouldn't be wise if you plan to save some money by converting your old cdma phone to a gsm one..... :P
