We have to work for more than 8.00 hours per day in construction field. As we know there is no shift system in construction field. How can a person work per day in his daily routine?

Most probably not like other sectors. We are not able to clear our contracts & even we can not ask a clear cut contracts. In our sector we are so called dedicated to complete anything even after working hours even without overtime payments. We are simply helping to exploite ourself. We should raise our voice on this matter.

yes,your 100% right,but what we can do? yes we get good experience which helps us in near
future, where you get good chances to be project managers post.even in civil engg.nothing is
permant you can change the job.
