I introduce myself as Sri Sai Ganesh Kumar.N. I am associated with NPO focussing on creating livelihoods as a cluster coordinator with a background in faciliatating soft skills and employbility skills. How can i use this experience if i want to shift my career from NPO to more generic departments. I am a post graduate in Management with specialisation in Marketing. My primary responsibilities include stake holder servicing, liasion with the Government Partners, Corporate networking. My knowledge in Soft skills training is modelled to serve the students who are drop outs. If i want to become a real time professional trainer can you suggest me the ways to improve the standard of softskills delivery. Taking into consideration my enclosed details pls suggest me the best possible way.

Honesty will always pay not only in job but in general also. Its not that easy to say it in practice it is much more difficult. Though we may not reap the benefits straight away but in the long run it will definitely yeild us good returns. |
