hi Shahid, nice to see u back.these are evils of our own society we are living within. this menace has to be taken as a issue and not as a crime at first eventhough it surfaces as a criminal activity.before declaring this issue as good or bad, we've to analyse the maturity level of so called decision makers who are contributing their influence into this.only these kind of social evils can be curbed purely when more and more humans become educated irrespective of caste/clan etc., so that real evolution takes place.but, even some educated persons are in favour of this practise which calls to fundamentalism mixed with perversions.these kind of issues cannot be brushed at one go and will have to undergo lot of efforts with gradual betterments.

the so called honour killing takes the lives of your own children. Understanding your own children and become their friends instead of foes is the need of the hour. The up bringing of children in your culture if you still live in old age you must teach them from the very begining. Neglecting a child and then killing for violating your dictates at advanced age is your own fault. There is no need of separete law at all. Present law is sufficient and killing human being is only in the power of the Al-mighty and no human being has right to take the life of other individual even if your own child is prohibited. The only other authority to take away the valueable life of a human being is vested with STATE by way of capital punishment, which should be awarded equally to honour killers
