Wouldn't it better we should have gone for a course rather a bachelor's degree ?
NO all the companies do not do that. But mostly it is because training all the new trainees is a very costly task. Many companies want to escape that phase and hire a talent who has good amount of required knowledge.
It's economical for them & serve the purpose of doing it on fast track.
To use fresh mind of students as well as to put whatever results they want after training.
because those who are exposed to a training field will be more successful in the training programmes given by the companies... those people will have an internship training to be done as a part of their curriculum for the successful completion of their degrees..By this Internship training , the students are expected to answer everything of their firm which thereby helps in boosting their knowledge and experience in an industry!
It is like tailor made, than a ready made dress. Fitting will be better. Less compromise. This looks an innovation in better placement.
Companies hire academicians for training purpose because they are well equipped with new development and advancement of particular trade. They knows the trade of teaching/training, therefore they called for training.
