Wouldn't it better we should have gone for a course rather a bachelor's degree ?

NO all the companies do not do that. But mostly it is because training all the new trainees is a very costly task. Many companies want to escape that phase and hire a talent who has good amount of required knowledge.

because those who are exposed to a training field will be more successful in the training programmes given by the companies... those people will have an internship training to be done as a part of their curriculum for the successful completion of their degrees..By this Internship training , the students are expected to answer everything of their firm which thereby helps in boosting their knowledge and experience in an industry!
