Construction recession is definitely hitting new home builders hard.Is it so?
Please advise!!
Mr.Devarajan,
for new home builders the recession will be hitting 100%, when all the leading builders are searching a route to survive, and even some of them become flat, also some of the small time builders can not able to overcome the recession are already closed their business, in my sence the person will not jump in to the well whre there is no water.
I my point of view when it comes to the current construction recession everyone involved in home building is feeling the crunch. The sub prime crisis that we currently find ourselves in may take quite some time to recover. Many experts disagree on how long this crisis will continue, but many agree that it could take a couple of years at least.
This construction recession is definitely hitting new home builders hard. And when the home builders are hurting everyone down the line is hurting as well. There are so many different companies that are involved with building a home that wereally don't realize it until we actually see those businesses start to suffer.
